Director of Communications
Rachel manages and creates all things marketing, social media, and other pieces of communication. Her plans and strategies allow CultureBound to continue growth online.
Director of Language Acquisition
Karen's expertise in 4 languages allows her to effectively lead and teach our language acquisition program. She has led alongside her husband Mark for many years. She recently obtained her EdD in Portland, Oregon.
Administrative Coordinator / Producer
Jacob brings technical experience to the CultureBound team. He records, edits, and produces the podcast. Jacob also manages our databases and backend tasks.
Trainer
Megan is a global speaker, podcaster, and writer. She has lived in 10 countries and 5 US States and delivers intercultural trainings for expats, “repats”, and Third Culture Kids. She specializes in supporting families in global transition and helping Third Culture Kids to find solutions and make changes that support their international moves.
Communications Coordinator
Kylie is a vital asset to the marketing and production teams. She brings organization and coordination for events and other tasks. Kylie serves as a co-host for the podcast.
Training Coordinator
Our training coordinator is responsible for many logistics of scheduling our trainings. Our training coordinator has been in ministry for many years. Name and photo are withheld for privacy purposes. Stock image can be found here.
President
Mark leads our team through training and organization. Mark and his family spent 12 years living and teaching in Mexico. He has taught in a variety of international locations and serves in a multicultural church.
Trainer
Natalie is a major asset to our team with her expertise and training ability. She leads many of our CultureCourse and develops other training curriculum and materials. She earned her EdD in intercultural education from Western Seminary.
Donor Development Lead
Mandie leads our donor development efforts. Her past work in donor outreach has allowed her to bring ideas and connections to CultureBound. She and her husband help minister to youth at a church as well.
Trainer
Mark lived in Brazil as a missionary kid and has served there with his wife Leslie for 15 years. He has trained with CultureBound and led an international student ministry.

Estera's experience as a Romanian expat in the US, involved in cross-cultural ministry work and training for over a decade make her a great addition to our team of trainers.

Drayton brings academic expertise in Linguistics to
our LanguageCourse and leads language learners in the practical application of techniques from his own experiences living cross-culturally and communicating in multiple languages.
Business Office Manager
Jon keeps CultureBound running through an abundance of office tasks. His experience has equipped CultureBound to be successful. Jon also serves as a co-host for the podcast.
Director of Academics
Terry brings knowledge and experience in teaching through his thorough education. He teaches at a university and regularly writes academic articles and research pieces.
Trainer
Lauren's experience overseas has made her a great asset to the CultureBound training program. She is focused on teaching parents and families how to best raise third culture kids. Lauren is the founder and director of TCK Training. Visit her website at www.tcktraining.com.
